It’s hard to find someone truthful these days. I wouldn’t go see anyone else or go anywhere else other than the Moody’s on 51st and Sheridan! 💍 Moody’s has treated my whole family the right way with great customer service for years, from wedding rings to anniversary bands to Christmas gifts. I can’t recommend them enough!

The "watch guy" wasn't in and no one else was willing to put the proper size band on the watch for me or even look at it. How difficult can it be to switch out a watchband? Very disappointed in their customer service.
- MCManuel CalvinFeb 2, 20262.0Purchased a “new” Omega Speedmaster here and was not given the manufacturer’s warranty card. The store manager and corporate office were involved, but I was told they were not able to provide me with the card. Pretty disappointing to pick up such a collectible timepiece (Gray side of the Moon) and not receive the papers for the watch. Per Omega website: “All new OMEGA watches are covered by a 5-year International Warranty. The warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an authorized OMEGA retailer ("valid warranty certificate").”
