I felt like I was a "bother". As my mother would say, "the employee had the personality of a rattlesnake". Sometime later I returned. I needed a back to an earring. It had to be 24k gold. They provided a back, cleaned my earrings, (lab grown diamonds) and once again, it seemed the customer service was lacking. The store was not busy. It was a weekday shortly after opening. I realize these were not large transactions, but it would be nice to be felt welcomed by friendly staff. I guess I could sum this up by saying I felt the employee s were snobs. DON'T THEY KNOW WHO I AM??!! LOL

Even shared her own experience in wedding planning and shared contacts to help me with my wedding planning journey. So kind and even bilingual. She helped me find a beautiful watch within my price range. Would definitely recommend. Moody's is lucky to have such a great employee!
