- DHDarlene HibbenJul 28, 20261.0Dropped off my wedding ring for repair. When I got it back it wasn't fixed. They charged me $150.00 replaced a missing diamond and replaced a prong. When I took it back , I was treated like I was stupid and told me new prongs always feel rough. After talking to the jeweler she learned he had not done all the repairs needed. I received no apology for her remarks. Took the ring to another jeweler and the ring was missing a prong and 2 others needed to be replaced. Moodies, you use to be a reputable company. I will never cross your threshold again. We purchased the ring from Moodies 26 years ago. We had been a loyal customer for that long. Doesn't seem to mean anything to them.

She was sitting down doing nothing, 2 other ladies were attending to the only 2 customers in the store, another lady was running back and forth in the back. I was looking for a stackable diamond ring to match a ring my wife has. Oh well…I’ll go to another jewelry store more welcoming. Addendum: ordered a ring sizer for $10 from Amazon and watched a YouTube by a jeweler, this is not rocket science!
