  Absolutely heartbreaking experience. My son sent me a beautiful arrangement, and I never even received it. The delivery driver marked it as delivered and submitted a photo, yet the arrangement was still sitting in the seat of the delivery vehicle in the picture. To make matters worse, my son still has not received a refund or even an apology for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Very poor customer service and extremely upsetting, especially when these gifts are sent with love and good intentions. I would not recommend based on our experience.

  It sucks that no one picked up the phone for like two days straight in "Tulsa OK" and also do not respond to the messages you send through their website and through the app. I've had issues with the website and app for a few years now and needed to speak to someone to try and figure out what the issue was and to try to Place an order over the phone instead. Again, I've tried both the website and app. Due to my schedule at work I try to utilize both hoping that ONE of them will work to place a pick up order to surprise my wife for either Mother's Day or her Birthday. For whatever reason, the website and app states that you can pickup your order from the location you pick but once you scroll down to try to select the "pickup option" it won't allow you to, and only allow you to pick delivery which it then charges you for. I have no issue with the business of their delivery but it's not what I needed. I was unable to surprise my wife for Mother's Day which really suck.

  I did Not receive my entire order. When I called the store they said everything left with the Uber person and that the Uber person must have kept it. I had no idea they used Uber as a service. If I order again, I will pickup at the store. Now I am worried about 2 orders I placed for Mother’s Day for other people.

  Ordered enough to get free delivery, they canceled part of the order and added the delivery fee back on. This place is very flaky on getting the orders right due to crappy or no strawberry’s, so you can order them all day long, but you might get it.
