  Standardly have really good experience in dsw but the representative today was rude and not willing to help. Asked if could get assistance to locate a shoe found online and was told it can be a few places, which I had already looked. Ended up Ordering the shoes online to just do a pick up. This is my 3rd trip to dsw in 2 days and the only bad representative I’ve run into. Everyone else is awesome.
