  I just called the store and it’s 620 on a Wednesday evening. The girls sounded like she was either tired or high one. She had no idea what petites were and she said she didn’t know if they had any small sizes in the store and I’m sitting here thinking you need to tell me you don’t know if you have party dresses and small and like a short size like above the knee style and she says no no I don’t and she didn’t seem very enthused or even cared about what she was doing so I’m not even gonna go by there or to even look cause if she didn’t care when she answered the phone and then I’m not gonna care about going by there bad attitude, bad service

  Honestly as someone who has traveled a lot, for a store in Tulsa Oklahoma to have no bathrooms to the public…. This is Oklahoma not Nee York city. If you aren’t a strong enough and well established store to offer BASIC NEEDS. Then you shouldn’t own an establishment. Plain and simple. Come shop my store they say but you need to pee elsewhere. Didn’t know we were criminals.

  Please don't shop here. The girl buying clothes today is either REALLY bad at math or is actively stealing from people. Tried to give me $2 for an $85 handbag that was new with tags. I get that I shouldn't expect exact cash value, but $2 is ridiculous. I asked her how she got to the conclusion that the value was $2 and she said they take 70% off the retail value then I get 30% of that amount. But based on that amount thats still $17, not $2. I ended up asking her why she was lying to me and she insisted she wasn't lying and ended up being very rude to me, insisting my stuff (new with tags) is bad quality and worthless. She told me she'd worked there for 8 years and she has brown curly hair. After today I will never be coming here again, I have never been so insulted, I can't believe someone would so blatantly try to steal from me and expect me not to notice.

  DO NOT SELL HERE, they are literal thieves. If I could give zero stars I would. Yes, places like these usually don't give much money for the clothes you bring in, but the employees here straight up lied about how much money they were supposed to give me. For over $500 worth of clothing they tried to give me $24. I asked them their math system for determining how much they pay per item, and they said they take 70% off the retail price, and then pay 30% of that in cash or 40% store credit. Seems reasonable, except multiple items I brought in alone would be worth more than $24 after that math formula. One singular dress I brought in would be worth $30 with that math, but they tried to tell me it was $2. When I tried to ask a little further I was told they just have a lot of inventory right now so they cant pay more... but that statement proves they don't follow the math formula they gave me, they make up prices and then are LYNG about it. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, it is one thing to be a little scammy like all these stores are, but it is entirely different to blatantly lie and steal from their customers.
