  1st time going to an alo store and it was amazing customer service! They helped me and were very kind even though I had quite a few questions. Very kind and helpful, they give very good advice on clothes and shoes! Definitely will be coming back!

  Worst quality and customer experience I’ve ever had. We were unable to return a damaged skirt because it was missing a tag that the skirt never came with in the first place. For a brand that charges premium prices, it’s unacceptable to deliver clothing in damaged condition and then refuse a return over a missing tag that was never provided. Noel, the assistant manager, was one of the least empathetic and least reasonable customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Shame on Alo.

  1st time going to the Alo store I was amazed how the staff was not welcoming of guests. The staff was to busy talking to one another. The clothes are cute, way to expensive for sweats in my opinion. Please have the staff be better at greeting and helping people find sizes and what they need.
