- LCLizzi ClimerSep 20, 20261.0Needed help with ammo and no one was back there so we went to the front to ask a cashier and he called over the radio and no one came after waiting 20 minutes. We ended up leaving and told the cashier no one ever came and he said “ya ig they are doing inventory”

The first time was to buy golf balls and that was it, long line and one person on the register, I’ve worked retail I know how it is. I waited and finally came my turn, when I got up there the young lady didn’t say anything to me like “how was your day” or anything, which I don’t really care about but you can be considerate while working a register. While checking out the lady got on her phone and I waited a couple minutes for her to finally approve the transaction on her end. Didn’t ask me for a bag or anything. She still hadn’t talked! While it was one thing it doesn’t matter. Always ask if they want a bag. Then she goes on to throw my receipt on the table and gets back on her phone. Disgraceful if you ask me. The second time was the same situation with the phone, not talking, asking me if I want a bag, nor handing me my receipt. Very disappointed in the atmosphere at this place, and I will not be supporting or buying anything from dunhams in shawnee.
