We honestly thought we were just stopping by the LEGO Store to spin the PokéStop for the LEGO x Pokémon GO promotion, but Faith completely changed our visit into something memorable. As soon as we walked in, Faith greeted us so kindly, and with the new Pokémon LEGO sets displayed on the table, she immediately challenged us to a LEGO Pokémon battle! It genuinely felt like we had walked into a Pokémon game and a random trainer had challenged us to battle — and what Pokémon fan is going to turn that down?! She showed us how the new sets worked, walked us through all the different features, and made the whole experience fun for both us and the kids. She was also incredibly helpful explaining the current promotions and the best way to purchase the sets so we could get the most value for our money. The biggest compliment I can give Faith is that I walked into the store with ZERO intention of buying any LEGO sets. We were literally there for the Pokémon GO promotion — and somehow we ended up leaving with FOUR sets! That really says everything about how great she was at showing us the value of the products and building genuine excitement around them. Because of the experience Faith created, We left wanting to go home, build LEGO sets as a family, and keep playing. She didn’t just sell us LEGO — she created an experience and turned what was supposed to be a quick stop into a fun family memory. Faith is an absolute asset to the LEGO Store and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you, Faith, for making our visit such a great experience!

He was also able to build one figure for free for his bday that was a few days after his bday! He got a large box of random legos, a small set and a gold figure Keychain 💕 All staff were super friendly, helpful and just a great experience overall! Highly recommend 👌 👍 ❤️ Will definitely be back!

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® Insiders member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
How can I sign up for the LEGO VIP Program at The LEGO® Store Penn Square?
You can become a LEGO VIP member by visiting our store and asking a Brick Specialist to sign you up. After signing up in-store, you'll receive emails to complete your registration and access your digital card. You earn VIP Points on purchases made both in-store and online.
