  I just went there to drop off clothes. The girls in there don’t even greet you and will give you instruction to drop off and then go back to talking. After I got the text my clothes were ready i went in AGAIN did not greet at all or even smile at me. and then offered me 15 dollars for wrangler jeans brand new uggs and dior sneakers… the diors have normal wear and tear but are we being for real???

  Pretty rude employees work here and speak about people's clothing we was trying to sell, said they was stinky but they most definitely was not. Was freshly washed the night before. She said this in the middle of customer all around her and she was being a bit of a brat. We won't be back. This wasn't the first time some employee was rude and unprofessional. I would call but keeps getting disconnected, like the phone is working. ALSO they didn't even go through the entire bag, most the items we was trying to sell wasn't even unfolded. So thats disappointing. The employees aren't even doing the job they are getting paid to do. Worried about talking and gossiping and complaining they can't leave early instead of doing a job. We've been to other plato's stores and this store in particular isn't great and reviews show it. Get better management or git rid of the scrappy employees.

  Came in and had a wonderful experience with Thu! She was so helpful with opening dressing rooms for me and my kiddos. Also directing me to where certain items were in the store. Lovely young lady great personality! She was putting away clothes, organizing, and even picking up trash and broken hangers off the floor. Love seeing young kids out here having fantastic customer service!
