Came to shop but there's not much in this store, staff didn't welcome me in but were otherwise fine to me, I did witness them passive aggressively talking to people bringing clothes in, which threw me off because it looked like they needed items, wouldn't waste your time here, go shop at an uptown or platos by quail springs

Haven’t been to this location in a few years but it has gone severely downhill and I will not be coming back. The girl with the short dark brown/black hair was rude to my boyfriend and I for bringing in clothing to sell. It was very well before closing time so that wasn’t an issue and they had plenty of staff to do all their tasks. I understand being overwhelmed by a lot of buys to go through but you still have to be professional and respectful. They didn’t buy any of my clothes and I brought in three full containers. They also completely passed on several other people’s clothing that had come in right before us. The inventory they do have is mostly horrendous and many of the shelves were empty so I don’t understand why they’re buying nothing from many of their customers. Their handicap accessible fitting room was unusable and full of plastic bags of clothes, unless they remove all the bags to allow it to be used that is unacceptable. The owner of this Plato’s needs to get the store’s act together or you will lose all of your customers.

I brought in two trash bags of brand new clothes with tags still on and a few pairs of shoes! I drive back home and already got a text that my offer was ready thought that was odd with how much I dropped off! I get there and they say they can only take 3 items being some of the shoes I dropped off…. The bags untouched literally where I left them clothes still in the same area in the bags I mean literally UNTOUCHED! I know they would’ve taken a good amount of those items if they actually would have looked through them lol! Not sure what’s going on at this location but it’s seeming like pure laziness to me!
