OK Runner was founded in 1995 by Gus and Tim Thompson, (father & son) The Thompson's loved health, fitness, and running, and wanted to share this love with the best customer service and most thorough footwear knowledge around. OK Runner's original location in Norman's Brookhaven Village is the oldest running specialty store in Oklahoma, and one of the oldest in the nation.
Since then, OK Runner has expanded to Downtown OKC in 2017 continues to provide expert shoe fitting services for runners and walkers of all levels. On top of that, both OK Runner locations carry a wide variety of apparel, nutrition, recovery tools, and accessories to ensure that you'll always be ready for whatever life brings.
