- CPChristian PonderApr 29, 20265.0I give the highest recommendation to Mitchner-Farrand. Would give 6 stars if I could. My wife had a deformity in one of her rings that was fixed. Also had a pearl bracelet that broke and was fixed. Then one of the smaller diamonds in her engagement ring popped out, and it was replaced and fixed. All three times I’ve used Mitchner-Farrand, they have delivered. The rings and bracelet look good as new, you can’t even tell they got repaired. The ring actually looks better than before since they polished it for free also. The staff are fantastic and owners are great people. All repairs were done on time and I got a text saying when they were done. I won’t go anywhere else for jewelry repairs.
