  I had an amazing experience working with Gabi at Michener Farrand! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire custom engagement ring process. She always responded to my texts quickly, was patient with all of my questions, and helped me compare multiple versions of my ring until it was exactly what I wanted. I’m very picky, so I really appreciated her honest recommendations and guidance while designing my custom ring. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The free resizing after the proposal was also a huge bonus. I absolutely love my engagement ring—it turned out even better than I imagined.   The folks at Mitchener-Farrand are the literal best. They never mind when I drop into clean my ring. All the associates are just all smiles when I walk in. When I accidentally got my wedding ring stuck under a bed frame, I took it in and they got me taken care of within 24 hours! 10/10 recommend.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, pricing was very fair and the entire process was handled professionally yet in a very warm and personal way! My new ring is absolutely beautiful, I will treasure it for many many years to come! I highly recommend The van for anyone looking for quality, honesty And outstanding workmanship.
