  Lululemon they can’t make me form a solid opinion on you! I initially came in because I am pregnant and nothing fits right and I needed a good sports bra. The girls that helped me were so kind and awesome, and I found something that I really loved! I wore it one time and washed it, which I did not realize I wasnt supposed to do, and the straps literally broke off 😂 I understand now that I wasn’t supposed to wash and dry this thing (although it was literally tumble dried on low) but for an $80 bra to legitimately fall apart after one wash is pretty pathetic. I called and asked if I would be able to exchange it (because I really did like it) and explained the whole story (including the drying part). I was told I would just have to bring it in and they would have to see. I told them that I was from out of town but I would make an effort to come back in. When I came back, I told the girl what happened and she didn’t even look at it, she just told me I can’t exchange it since I dried it. I don’t understand why I wasn’t just told this from the initial phone call. Why would they tell me that I had to bring it in (I live three hours away) and then when I brought it in and told the exact same story tell me that they couldn’t do anything. Also why would the straps literally fall off the bra. That has got to just be a product default, dried or not. Anyways, I feel very pregnant and very sad ! Would not recommend this location due to this.

  Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Just a bunch of kids “working” and talking on little walkie talkies across the store to each other. Second time being here with the same experience. Was told my item was sold out online in all colors/sizes, looked on my phone and it’s in stock, clearly she wasn’t in the mood to do her job. I’ll never be back, take your money to Alo.

  Staff was very rude and unhelpful. It seemed as if they scattered to hide once I walked in the door, and they made me feel like a bother. They girls had a very condescending attitude. I'll never return to this location.
