- SBSean BMay 9, 20262.0Been here twice. First trip went great. Second time, we ended up with an extra item on our receipt that we didn't buy and wasn't in our bag when we got home. We're not sure how it got there, but we probably wont be back to this location. Lesson learned; check the receipt before you leave. Edit: the longer I think about this the more I realize an employee probably added this to our bill, then kept it for themselves. We had to step away from the checkout desk for a minute, which is when this got added.

I am a long standing customer and have at least one hundred thousand dollars in merchandise to be ignored and disrespected was deplorable. I will be escalating my concerns to corporate.

However, the female store manager on duty (around 30 years old, dark hair) showed very poor professionalism. From the beginning she was impatient and even asked us to find the return policy ourselves. When I pointed out that the policy she showed clearly stated “in-store,” she raised her voice, became visibly upset. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. and even threatened to call the police. I have already contacted customer support at lululemon to report this incident. If other customers experience similar treatment, I encourage them to share their feedback with the company so the situation can be properly reviewed.

It holds up beautifully after washing and still looks brand new. You can really feel the difference compared to other brands. Great for both workouts and everyday wear. I’ll definitely be buying more!
