- BLBridget LindseyApr 16, 20261.0The young girls behind the counter refused to help me. I had a return with the receipt, but they argued that the jeans looked worn. I was dumbfounded. That has literally never happened to me. The jean’s liked worn because I put them on and squatted down in front of my mirror. That’s all. I bought them yesterday and the same girl saw me. They even refused to give me a credit! I was speechless. I said, “Ok, well, I guess you can keep them. I will never be able to shop here again and I am closing my account immediately. I don’t know what to say.” If you value your money and time, I would pass on this store. There are tons of options. This service is unacceptable and no one deserves it under any kind of normal shopping conditions.
