- MMMaxJun 26, 20265.0Everyone that has assisted me at the Classen Curve store have always been extremely gracious and know their area of expertise in the store very well. The service department is very prompt and charges a fair price (unfortunate accident for me once). Sales persons know and love watches which makes the experience better as a lover of the history of watchmaking myself. Clay was great to speak with about some behind the scenes topics regarding watchmaking and just general watch chat. Those who really love watches know what I mean. Thank you again Clay for your hospitality and assisting me with my sale!

- JWJ WeaverJun 6, 20261.0Nora M in customer service was beyond rude! Asked to have a watch battery replaced in my husband’s Shinola watch. When we went to pick it up, my husband noticed the time wasn’t correct. He had never set the time on this watch so he started to move the dial. From the desk, Nora rudely says “LOCKED, it’s LOCKED!!” We just looked at her. She continues to say nothing but the word “LOCKED!!” I interjected and said that the time wasn’t correct. She took the watch and reset the time. We left, a few minutes later we noticed that the time hadn’t changed and the watched wasn’t even ticking. We drove back and my husband was helped by a VERY helpful man in customer service who instantly tested the battery and found it was a dead! Nora didn’t even notice that the reason the time was off was because it wasn’t working after she replaced the battery. Can’t believe BC Clark has such a rude person working in customer service.
