- CJChana'e Jones6 days ago2.0I probably won’t step foot in this store again. There was one particular employee who I noticed and greeted and asked people if they needed help. However She did not say one word to me while I was looking around. I went ahead and just returned the items from online order instead of exchanging anything. Then I noticed this same lady tell a gentleman as he was leaving to have a good rest of his day but when I walked out she didn’t say a peep. I ended up calling the store after I reflected on my experience because it bothered me a lot. The support manager was apologetic but still I don’t see myself going back here. The ONLY positive experience I had was the young lady who helped me make my returns at the register. American Eagle as a whole may have lost a customer but for sure this location.
- ACAngelina CarrilloJul 29, 20261.0submitted an pick up order online, with the promised wait time being 2 hours, keep in mind i got a pajama set and purchased online because i didn’t want it to sell out before i got there. 8 hours later im in the area so i go to pick up my order and its not ready, i ask to just get the item myself since. its 4 pm on sunday btw and the mall closes in 2 hours. the manager comes to the register with an attitude saying that the order hasn’t processed yet and then tells me to follow her. i follow her to her cart and my order is sitting right there. she scanned it , threw it in a bag and gave it to me, still having an attitude. i guess “processing” is just putting it in a bag but i don’t understand being upset for doing your job? AE shouldn’t advertise that the order will be ready in 2 hours if the staff, especially the MANAGER can’t manage to do so.
