Was just there today with my 2 younger daughters and one of the workers (white female) was harassing my 15 year daughter by following her around and came to the point that even look inside her Hollister bag like accusing her of stealing. My daughter came over to me and said to me what had just happened to her she was all nervous and almost crying. I asked her who was the lady and she was crying saying no mom it’s ok let’s leave. I was like oh no, I went up to her she was at the register at that moment and asked her why was she following my underage daughter accusing her of stealing and even came to the point of looking inside her shopping bags. She then reply it was her job, how is that going to be your job following a child around the store and looking inside her belongings basically accusing her of stealing when clearly she has no need of stealing. That really pissed me off and will be filing a complaint with corporate. Felt discriminated for being Hispanic because obviously there was NO reason for that employee to treat my daughter or any of your customers like that.

Today (Mar 27, 2025, at about 2pm) we had a pretty BAD experience here. No offers to help find anything particular. But, that's not a big deal. The first problem was that a young woman (very skinny and pretty short) came all the way from the front at the cashier desk, all the way to the back to tell me not to sit on a display table. But, I'm disabled and somewhat old. I only moved a single garment back a few inches and sat on an edge. THERE ARE ZERO CHAIRS IN THE ENTIRE STORE. She was quite rude about it, but I just let it slide right off. I stood up, despite my compressed spine pain and continued to wait. Then later, with my daughters' clothes totalling well over $200, we went to the front to pay. Another employee was buying things and the rude woman I mentioned was checking her out. This process took a LONG time. But, we waited without any complaint, despite it being obvious they were chatting about more than the clothes. Then it was our turn to check out: RUDENESS, plain and simple. She acted as though we had pissed HER off somehow. Yet, we had said or done not a single thing to deserve this. Despite us being VERY patient while she asked almost every detail about US, I finally asked (quite gently and courteously) why we needed to give our life story and details to buy some clothes. She rolled her eyes and acted as though WE were being difficult. THEN... I'm quite convinced she over charged us on at least one item and probably two. They were displayed in a 50% off area and another in a 15% off area. She was short and VERY RUDE. It only got worse when I presented my tax exempt card, for being a DISABLED VETERAN. She acted as though "I had some nerve" trying to buy clothes for my daughters. One of the WORST retail experiences EVER... in my 53 years.

I went jean shopping here on 10/13/19, and truly believe that the two employees working deserve a raise. 10/10 one of the best retail experiences I've had. While I like the clothes I got, I'll be back mainly because everyone was extremely nice and helpful
