  We came in to return some items and the lady at the door was very very kind her name was Chelsea but she was the only person who had good customer service. When i went to the fitting rooms to try on some stuff a guy that worked there kept giving me the nastiest looks. Now i was with 2 little girls and when we walked out of the fitting room area 2 girls who worked there were giving nasty looks and yelling oh wow when we walked out everyone but chelsea has horrible customer service. They are only nice to you if you have money.

  I like this place and their clothes. Just spellbound at the awful service. Walked in. Kid texting on his phone. I waited five minutes to see if he’d acknowledge me. Still on his phone texting as I searched for my size. Service was poor.

  This stop inside penn square mall is very has horrible customer service. The associates don’t greet you , they offer to help . Not a great experience won’t shop here again

  Went into ALO with my girlfriend and honestly had a great experience. The associates were really patient and helpful, even though I had no idea what I was looking for. They helped her find exactly what she wanted and made the whole process easy.
