I love Aerie and their clothes are some of the only plus size clothes that are comfortable. This store is not organized AT ALL. I’ve been where I have fallen in love with something and spending 45 min inside of the store looking for my size under stacks of clothes and unfolded clothes. The workers are just chatting and gossiping in a huddle and not trying to organize and ensure sizes are available for everyone. The underwear is also the same. I’ll continue to shop here but there needs to be some improvement for customer experience.

I ask one of the associate a question and she kept rolling her eyes at me and didn’t even bother to answer my question. Horrible customer service

Went in at 10:30a and the promotions for the day weren’t set yet. I needed to be in and out and couldn’t wait for her to set them to know the price. The shorts were listed at 40% off on the sign but she said that wasn’t right. She also seemed very frazzled and confused. Sizes weren’t sized in the right order on the table.
