  I ask one of the associate a question and she kept rolling her eyes at me and didn’t even bother to answer my question. Horrible customer service

  Went in at 10:30a and the promotions for the day weren’t set yet. I needed to be in and out and couldn’t wait for her to set them to know the price. The shorts were listed at 40% off on the sign but she said that wasn’t right. She also seemed very frazzled and confused. Sizes weren’t sized in the right order on the table.

  I called to purchase a dress. One rep told me she can process only e gift card as a payment and she said she will let her colleague know about it since she is leaving. Ofcourse after I called back the other girl had no clue and said she doesn’t know how to process the payment… just sad that nobody cares about the customer anymore. No wonder all these stores are closing bankrupting 🙁 your people just don’t care…
