  Today, I broke my Maui Jim sunglasses. I had purchased them from the Sunglass Hut last year, so I returned to the Hut asking if they could repair them. Jonathan (Johnny) explained that only Maui Jim could repair their glasses and promptly provided a telephone number to call and visit with MJ on how to access their services. MJ answered within moments of placing the call and explained how to achieve repair of my sunglasses FREE OF CHARGE. After the call Johnny provided an MJ box in which to ship the glasses. He made copies of the paperwork required by MJ and prepared the box to be shipped. THEN, Johnny said it may take a little time for MJ to return the glasses which prompted me to ask “do you have a pair of low budget, polarized sunglasses that would take care of my immediate need.” He responded “Absolutely”. He showed me a pair of glasses that were perfect for my immediate need and I purchased them. Johnny was professional, kind, caring, and efficient with his assistance. I recommend Johnny and the Sunglass Hut at Sooner Fashion Mall in Norman, Oklahoma for anyone needing sunglasses and a most knowledgeable, friendly, and professional who can get you what you need with absolutely no pressure.   I walked in just planning to look around after seeing the Ray-Ban Meta glasses online. I wanted to see them in person before deciding anything. Addison and Jamier were both fantastic. They were friendly and patient and answered every question I had without any pressure. They made the experience so easy that I ended up buying the glasses right then and there. Thank you both for the great service! I highly recommend them both! I will definitely let my clients at CoolBodiSpa know how great this business is.

  Super disappointed. Called to come get my sunglasses fixed and Andrew said they were open for now but closing at 4pm. Which is weird to close early on a Saturday, we dove quick and showed up at 3:12 and it was already closed. Guess I will go somewhere else to get new glasses.
