  Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Darcy is one of the most passive aggressively rudest workers I have ever spoken to in my life. I ordered two items for ship to store and one arrived earlier than the other. I picked up the first item and then after getting the notification saying that the other was ready I went to the store. I sent my son in to grab it and he called saying they didnt have it. I could hear over the phone that she had a rude tone with my 13 year old and I was tired of having to go through my son to speak so I just told him to come out and I would go in. From the moment I walked in she was beyond rude. She gave me attitude from the start saying "as I already explained the item isnt here, you're here a day early." I said well Im just confused beacuse the email shows its ready, should I just not go off of the emails and call moving forward? She said no, the emails are usually right. I said well, obviously not in this case. She kept circling saying the same things, She had already seen me in the store, I said yes I odered two items as you can see by the order and I've already picked one up, she kept not caring and said well sorry I dont have it. I would suggest waiting a few days in a snippy tone. I told her she was one of the rudest people I had ever talked to in that store, one that I started a loyalty credit card with because I loved shopping here before. NEVER again. Specifically because of her. After I said that and I was walking out she laughed a little and said I cant help it you're early. I called out "not according to the tracking number showing it delivered and the email saying its ready". I'll just take my business to the okc location where the ladies there are more than helpful and kind. I ended up calling corporate and they've had a few other complaints as well regarding the same worker. They said they would be looking into it. Hopefully they do. Shame that someone would be representative of that store with such a horrible attitude.

  I went inside to pick up my online order today. I had both my little girls with me and my mom and sis too. My youngest is 4 and ran up to me saying she wanted earrings she had in her hand. I told her no not today and to go put them back. I know she did put them back because my sister said she did. We were walking out the front of the store to leave and the older lady that works there said"I meant to ask if you put back the earrings your daughter had in her hand?" She looked us up and down. I said lady we put them back and haven't taken anything if that's what you're insinuating! She was extremely rude and so in appropriate! I contacted corporate office and gave them her name. I don't tolerate that level of rudeness and such accusations! Most likely won't be back!! This was the Norman,ok location.

  I went to Maurices in Norman this week because I needed some outfits for business occasions. I was concerned about going alone because I was unsure about not having feedback on the clothes I picked. When I walked into Maurices, I was met by a sweet girl named Isabell who asked if she could be of any assistance. I told her what I was there for, and she first told me the sales and then asked if I needed any help. At first, I told her no, and then I began looking. After I filled my arms with some choices, I went towards the fitting room. The same girl noticed, quickly came over to me, and asked if she could help me get set up in a fitting room. I told her yes, and that became the first step to a great shopping experience. She put my name on the fitting room door (which, later, she admitted she likes doing because it helps her never forget my name). She was running around the store, helping multiple customers, but she noticed I had come out of my dressing room to pick up another item in another size. She came over and let me know she would be happy to help me with grabbing other sizes and items. This then turned into a sort of trip I had hoped for having with my own daughter or sister. She was helping me pick items, giving feedback on the ones I tried on, and coming up with ideas for other looks I might enjoy. She seemed to thoroughly enjoy our time together as well, and not just as a part of her job. I ended up buying twice as much as I intended, and I was happy to do so based on my experience with Isabell! This young girl is very good at her job, seems to enjoy it just as much, and most definitely should be getting good attention and feedback from her managers and others of stature in the company. Because of this particular young lady, I will most definitely be back to this store, and I will be bringing my family.
