  Took my son in to look for a watch for his 13th birthday and we met David who went above and beyond. He took his time explaining everything about the watch and their different functions. They definitely have a new customer with me. Thank you so much for making my son feel special!

  I had a watch repaired, it took quite a while to get it back, this was not a Brockhaus issue as the external watch repair shop was busy. Brockhaus was very professional in my dealings.

  When I first started looking for a New Rolex, I started with my in state dealers. Then i was forced to expand my search and man am I glad I did. I have to say when I first saw that they had over 700+ reviews and all of them were 5 stars, I thought there is no way this is accurate. Now, I know it all to be 100% true. Ben was perfect to deal with. Now a quick back story I was calling from Colorado because I wasn't getting all the help and information that I need. He didn't know me at all and treated me like I was the only customer that he was taking care of. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. I am not going to say I got lucky but I got lucky... They had the exact watch I wanted and it was in stock. Now, if you are reading this, don't think that they actually have Rolex watches in stock... they had 4 and luckily an exact match for what I wanted was one of them. Ben took the time to explain our next steps and even honored my request to take some pictures out in the daylight. Well everything checked out for me and I decided to purchase the watch. The next day I was on the way with my family to complete the purchase in person and I am very thankful that Rolex requires that. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and met the owner (John). John took over from there. He was amazing. Took the time to talk with my family and I about the watch, show me how to work it, and made sure it was perfectly sized to my wrist. He even showed me some hidden easter eggs within the watch itself. It's is weird to say this but I need to say thank you to the entire staff for making the purchase process as easy as possible and most importantly for treating me and my family like we were people first. It's rare to not feel judged anytime you walk into a jewelry store and never once did they make us feel like we didn't belong. I can say without hesitation that anytime in the future that I need a piece of jewelry or a watch, I will be thrilled to work with them again and happy to hop on a plane and come see them. In fact I am will be stopping in the next time in the area just to say hi. 5 Stars isn't enough for them.
