- TPterry pollman5 days ago5.0First rate customer service! We felt like we important not just a number or inconvenience. The ring we had custom made for our daughter's wedding is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. It is an instant heirloom. Brockhaus is our jeweler for life.
- LDLane DenwaltSep 18, 20265.0Purchased my first Rolex from Brockhaus. Everyone I interacted with was great. One of the best purchasing experiences!
- JWJason WilliamsSep 17, 20265.0Top shelf service and customer care. My wife and I dropped off our Rolex’s for service & appraisal, and we could not be happier with the experience. The team at Brockhaus understood our Rolexes are not just watches to us and provided the type of 5 star service we would all want & expect. Having their own Rolex watchmaker in house further facilitated the 5 star experience and timely turn around of our watches. Overall fantastic experience. I’ll be recommending Brockhaus to my friend.
- AKAdam KelleySep 9, 20265.0Fantastic experience and world class customer service! Brad and crew went above and beyond! Recently had a ring designed for my wife and purchased a watch for myself. Will be back for all future jewelry needs and services. Thanks again!
