  I was bored and scrolling this weekend, and I happened upon a Brockhaus Instagram ad that was showcasing a beautiful ring with multiple diamonds—crafted to look like a flower with leaves around it. I just drove by a billboard near i35 & Indian Hills, and I was once again reminded of them. I was curious about this company, and I looked at their website & their story/history and read a bunch of their reviews. My parents are real estate brokers, and we are living in a time where Google reviews alone can make or break a business. You wouldn’t believe how many people call the real estate office and say “I read your Google reviews, and I’m wanting to put my home on the market…”. These people at Brockhaus have clearly worked tirelessly to build and maintain a solid perfect 5.0 star reputation/average, and they deserve a pat on the back! You guys should be very proud of yourselves.

  We have been going to Brockhaus for years, and there is no one else I would trust with our jewelry. David has been absolutely wonderful to us from the very beginning. When my husband was designing my engagement ring and wedding band, my mom gave him one of her old rings to use. David worked with him to create an entirely new design from it, which made my ring even more meaningful. We later returned to Brockhaus for my husband’s wedding band as well. Since then, they have resized my ring, cleaned it multiple times, repaired other sentimental pieces for me, and most recently repaired and soldered my wedding band after it broke. Their customer service has consistently gone above and beyond. What I appreciate most is that we have never felt like just another sale. David remembers us, takes care of us, and has earned our trust over years of working with him. From creating our wedding jewelry to taking care of it afterward, the experience has been exceptional. We will continue coming back to Brockhaus for years to come!

  My wife and I are new to the area and stopped by Brockhaus to have some work done on our wedding bands. They took great care of us and we look forward to working with them in the future!
