  Told the guy what gun I had and he still sold me the wrong bullets. Of course there’s no returns on ammunition, would’ve spent more but gladly walked out and took my money else where. You’d think a man selling ammo would know his products but it’s fine “everybody uses those someone will buy them from you” .

  Whitney does not need to be working here because she does not need to be working with customers. She is extremely rude and has an attitude problem. Actually, both the women that were working that night had an attitude problem. Neither one had a name tag on which is completely unprofessional.. I went in 10 minutes before they closed to buy my son some baseball sunglasses. She was taking so long on the Transaction before me that my phone ended up dying while I was standing there waiting. So by the time, she finally got done with the transaction and I got up there my phone died right as I was trying to tap pay. I said I’m going to have to run out to the car and charge it real quick so that way I can pay for it. When my phone finally came back on, I ran back inside to pay, but she was too busy talking to the girl who looks like Megamind. She kept just acting like I wasn’t even standing there. So as I’m waiting, and she comes back over, I go to pay and my phone dies again. At this point it is like 8:57and so I say I’m going to run back out and charge it again, And as I’m going out the door, she says well we close at nine. She had very much an attitude when she said it, because even my daughter agreed that she was being sassy in the words of my daughter. I think this is extremely rude since she knew that I came in there way before they closed and because she took too long on a transaction. I had to stand there a very long time waiting on her to do her job. Which was out of my control. I’ve worked in customer service many years of my life and customer service is just terrible nowadays because for some reason they think it’s OK to get an attitude with a customer and argue with them just like Megamind did with me. She started arguing with me telling me that Whitney did not get an attitude with me. You should never ever when you work in customer service argue with a customer and especially when it’s your fault that they’ve been standing there that long waiting. What is it gonna hurt to stay an extra one to two minutes so that a person who lives 45 minutes away can get what they drove all the way there for for their son Whenever I worked at the bank, I used to work at our boss with such a good manager because she would always say I don’t care if somebody comes in the last 10 or five minutes she would say we’re still going to open them an account or do whatever transaction and if we have to stay an extra 20 to 30 minutes, then we’re doing it she said because our customer service is extremely important . And that’s why That particular bank I worked for Known for having some of the best customer service around was because we were trained by Managers like this. You can tell when you deal with people like Whitney and like I said, I have to call her Megamind because I don’t know because she didn’t have a name tag but that’s what my daughter kept calling her,, They think it’s OK to talk to a customer that way. It doesn’t matter what you think if I say that she was being rude and had an attitude I’m telling you I don’t just say that for any reason. I also write lots of good reviews about people that give good customer service but this was some of the poorest customer service that I have received around here. That is why I go to Hibbetts for most of my sporting goods Because they have one of the most amazing managers there and she always goes out of her way to be so kind and to be so helpful. I always send everybody to Hibbetts and to her because of this. People like Whitney and Megamind are low quality customer service and they need to be working somewhere in a back office. Not with the public

  Just your average outdoors store, a little pricey, but they have some nice things that are decently priced.

  Great selection of goods HOWEVER, I got to the register and was surprised of the total. No biggie until we got home. We were taking off the price tags that say "lowest price" something. It was a lie. The tags underneath that came on the gear originally were significantly lower than what they sold me my stuff for. I won't be returning. I will stick with Academy or Dick's. Half the price for same equipment.
