  This is my favorite Lane Bryant store. I always get the help I need without feeling pressure or rushed. They always address my needs. I never feel awkward or unwanted in their store. Amber has been there for a while, and she has always been friendly and professional with me. The other girls also also friendly and willing to help when I need it. I've been going to this store since 2015, and have visited other LBs. This one is still my favorite.

  The manager Amber was very unprofessional, when I asked for the corporate number and called them in the store she decided to call the cops and said I was trespassing. Worst experience ever here

  Expensive but good quality tops. Not recommended for short people like me if you are looking for jeans or slacks to try on.

  Went to this location last week after receiving my Lane Bryant card in the mail. Two associates working did not greet me or make eye contact the entire time I was there. I was bra shopping and having a difficult time finding anything in my size. Anytime I've been there previously, someone has always asked if I needed help. I found a bra and when I was paying for my items, I told the sales associate that I'd lost the 40% coupon that came with my card and she just stared at me. At that point, I was ready to get out of there. I paid for my stuff and headed out. The other employee was standing near the exit and didn't look at me so I said "bye" at which point she laughed and said "bye" back to me. Wasn't sure how to interpret that. But the next time I spend $75 on a bra and two pairs of undies, it won't be here.

  Depending on the sizes depends on if they even have them in store. But the people are nice enough.
