  Nice store but sizes are limited to mostly smaller size people. Stopped in to return a shirt that I bought while out of town for someone, staff seemed nervous to work with people of color. The young lady that assisted me seem afraid a confrontation was going to occur although nothing was being said or done for that to happen … maybe they went overboard on the de-escalation training 🤷🏽‍♀️ she kept apologizing for being new and not sure how to do the return, although I said take your time I’m in no rush glad I can help with your training. Another young guy watched us the whole time, standing off to the side but in ear shot of the conversation no matter where we stood, it was very annoying. I probably wouldn’t shop there again, the store where I originally bought the item was in New Orleans, their sales people were friendly and eager to make a sale to anyone who walked in also they carry a wide range of sizes. NOT EVERYONE COMING IN ARE COMING TO STEAL JUST CAUSE THEY DON’T LOOK LIKE THEY WOULD WEAR THAT BRAND.

  The team at the Jenks location was fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me track down exactly what I was looking for. It’s definitely a "pay to play" experience, but for the level of service and the quality you get, it is 100% worth it. 5/5 stars!

  Friendly staff, clean store, they are very knowledgeable on their items, brand new releases, sale items and markdowns. They provided a very enjoyable hospitable experience.

  Usually the staffs are very nice. But yesterday, I was there and no one acknowledged my existence. No one! But that’s alright, I’m there to shop, I know what I want so no one needed to help me, but what bothered me was that everyone else who entered the store got a friendly smile and a warm welcomed And were asked if they needed any help. I, I was completely ignored. Oh well the show must go on.

  I am satisfied with my purchase and the staff were incredibly helpful but the prices and discounts are deceitful. I purchased this item assuming it was $80 that was discounted to $40, come to find out, it was only $60 originally. Had the original price tag been shown, I may not have purchased the item. This does not feel right and the prices displayed should be correctly shown. Ralph Lauren is a very luxurious store but tacky comes in all flavors these days…
