the store empty, no customers, 3-4 workers sitting close at the entrance door talking, chatting, i go in , and i want to try a size, sitting in my hand with a shoe waiting for someone to notice me , not happend, so i go to the cashier guy and he ask me if i need a size, yes i say, he bring me the size i wanted and he give me one shoe only , i ask to get the other, he reply : only 1 at a time! seriously??!! this is embarassing, i'm not used with US Michael K. stores habbits, we don't do that in Europe and is embarrasing to tell a customer that it can't try both shoes but 1 at a time , acting like you don't care or want to sell anything , really, does customers run to the door and run away without paying if you give them both shoes to try in US??? embarrasing for a brand such like MK, and with so many workers there doing nothing talking to eachothers instead of take care of customers; i bought nothing, just because, not liked the way i was attended, or better say not attented.

Someone should really do a training session on how to keep your salesperson’s opinions to themselves. Loudly talking about what I was wearing, making fun of me, and sharing pictures of yourself in a similar outfit talking about “yea but I was only like 120 pounds when I wore it” is a really shitty way to conduct business. I buy an MK purse or wallet/purse combo every time I’m here and I will never be back again. Extremely disheartening and disgusting experience.
