I took the $200 pair of boots back said I would keep them. I left went to the Next shop and discovered that 4 pairs of sandals one pair boots one pair shoes and one outfit were gone. I called today and was told only five items were taken and they gave me two dollars each item. If I had been told what was being purchased, I would not have sold brand new pairs of shoes for a dollar each.

I brought in a very large amount of clothes to trade in, and I watched them the entire time I was looking around. They told me it would take about 30 minutes because there were so many clothes, it took about six minutes for them, and they never even looked through one of the giant bags of clothing. I watched them, my daughter was there watching too, and neither of us saw them even attempt to go through all of the clothes. This is funny because, these clothes are brand new with tags still on them, new Heels, still in the box, multiple pairs, they did not even open them. I really enjoy shopping here, but the past two times I have come, whoever they have working now is just very disrespectful, lazy, and needs to go get some training on the customer service. Very disappointed in you guys.
