- SGSarah GonzalezMay 11, 20261.0I am giving them one star, because these girls that were working the other day were awful. I brought in a very large amount of clothes to trade in, and I watched them the entire time I was looking around. They told me it would take about 30 minutes because there were so many clothes, it took about six minutes for them, and they never even looked through one of the giant bags of clothing. I watched them, my daughter was there watching too, and neither of us saw them even attempt to go through all of the clothes. This is funny because, these clothes are brand new with tags still on them, new Heels, still in the box, multiple pairs, they did not even open them. I really enjoy shopping here, but the past two times I have come, whoever they have working now is just very disrespectful, lazy, and needs to go get some training on the customer service. Very disappointed in you guys.

They didn't take any of my high-end items, in-season, some with tags, even though they said that's what they are looking for. No other explanation. Doubly frustrating because the clothes I brought were way better than their dusty old selection.
