  I will never ever go into this store as long as I live. They ALWAYS either reject EVERY single item I bring it or take ONE item which makes no sense cause I had a bunch of nike and gym shark athletic shorts for men they refused every single one except one but all the other ones looked EXACTLY like that pair they took lol 😆 make it make sense.. meanwhile I see the brands from Walmart and ANN which is a JCPENNYS older lady brand but they reject nike/gymshark/Torrid etc. And they always seem excited to offer me 1 or 2$ or nothing almost like they are about to start laughing. I 100% think this place is rigged. I think the employees take clothes from people they know and family/friends they probably have scams running where they give friends money for clothes and split the cash.

  Selling clothes here is great and all, more money than uptown but each time i've sold stuff theres always at least one girl that catches an attitude with me. Im around their age and not some karen so i just find it kinda awkward. Idk ive worked retail and hated it but i always remembered that i got PAID to be nice to people- maybe a pay raise or hire nicer people geez.

  I have been here two hours with one small bag of clothes staff is extremely rude 0/10 would not recommend coming here unless you have too these people probably work at the pace slower than turtles just looking at clothes it’s sad that I just missed a docters appointment due to their slowness I feel like their working at a slower pace because I’ve already told them I’ve been here over an hour

  The staff here is so nice, respectful, and always helpful! One woman was so incredibly nice and helpful to me while I was trying my items on and took all my clothes I didn’t want ,and made my experience so much easier! The man who checked me out was also so nice and made me and my dad laugh so many times in a short amount of time.Best Plato’s ever!

  My daughter went in to sell some clothes, lady in the front as soon as you walk in was god awful, didn’t smile or great us! no manners no sense of actually wanting to be there, on the right of us some teenage girl was checking out this African American women and the girl checking us out told her to just smile and wave like something was wrong with it??? The girl checking out the one besides us seemed very frustrated with her and didn’t smile not one time. Very upsetting whenever people are getting treated this way when they come in to HELP THE STORE out. Do better!!!
