It's been almost 5 months and I still have no engagement ring. The president of the company is a coward and won't return phone calls. We just keep getting the run around about my engagement ring. This is very bad business. We asked for our money back so we could go elsewhere as our wedding is quickly approaching but was told no. This is absolutely ridiculous.
