  On the 26th I had come in with my friend. We were shopping for a dress for her. We were both holding a few dresses each for my friend to try on. When getting a dressing room the sales associate (believe to be Ginelly) told me to give my friend the dresses and to hold her drink and that I could not enter with her. I found this to be very odd because I am a frequent shopper here and have always stayed with the people I am shopping with and have never had a problem going in with them (especially considering dresses are hard to get on). My friend needed help with one of the dresses in which we were both worried she would come over and yell at us. A few minutes later I was at the front of the store while my friend was in the back trying on dresses. She walked to the front of the store and said I could not bring her anymore dresses until she came out with the other ones she already took in; i’d never had a problem switching out sizes and dresses while there before. I understand policies, but found her tone very rude. The whole time my friend and I felt very uncomfortable and like we were being watched by everything we were picking up. Very disappointing considering I shop here frequently and have never had a bad experience until now.

  We went to get my fiancé some shoes for our wedding coming up in a few months. But when we were checking out I joked about my future cousin in law “needing a job” because she asked for a pretzel. And the cashier named Ginelly immediately jumped in and started lecturing her about she’s 15 and should already have a job and ranted for about 5 minutes. It made her really uncomfortable and insecure to where she didn’t want the pretzel anymore. I feel like there’s a line when it comes to joking and downright degrading someone. The shop was nice and had what we wanted just the bad experience with the employee.

  Love Windsor and didn't know I had one local. The staff was amazing. I am on crutches & they helped me look for items, and carry items to try on. The entire staff was so amazing. I already loved Windsor's clothing but they made shopping so easy for me. That meant the world to me.

  came here to use a giftcard. at check out she asked for my email so i spelled it out. she repeated it back to me and i corrected it because she put it in wrong. she says “i already had that” with this dirty look on her face. she got an attitude when i asked if she’d taken off the security tag, saying “uh yeah”. threw the shirt in the bag super aggressively. her name was ginelly.
