    Very disappointed, No help from associates to find a single serve coffee maker or Arizona 360 flex slim fit jeans. Not much stock to choose from like in past years. JCP has always been my favorite place to shop, they used to have so much to choose from but not anymore. I don't order online because I like to "see and feel" the items I purchase. I see them going out of business soon. Such a shame.

    Indian man cashier was very rude and scoffed at me for telling him I didn’t want to sign up for the JC penny charge card. Not everybody wants to ruin their credit.
