- CMchelsea McCainMay 13, 20231.0I have to say i've never been treated so rudely and nasty in my life . I walked into Citi Trends apparently 10 minutes before closing unaware of it. I walked in and was told as soon as I walked in a very harshly and rudely manner, that we are closing in 2 minutes. But when I asked if she spoke to all her customers that way she told me to get out of her store. I left and as I was walking out she looked at me and I said look at you in defense being nasty and look at me not being nasty. I held myself up with class like I was raised right. I do believe she was a manager and she was an older african american woman with boy short blonde hair. I've been a manager for 22 years and I have never spoke to a customer that Way. You will not keep business with this woman working for you. I can promise you this and I will never buy from your store again and she also, said that I was in there too much. And if corporate is reading this. Just because you can't get people to work. Don't mean you need to keep Rude and unprofessional people . You are running your customers off.
