All the other members of the staff were also exceptional. Highly reccomend stopping in and checking them out!

I know Tiffany has a premium for their jewelry, which means you would expect spectacular customer service comes with, That is false. I have purchased a couple items from Tiffany for my girlfriend. She recently broke her bracelet after only having it for less than 2 years, She took it in and they charged her $50 to get a simple band fixed and then charged her sipping on top of that. It doesn't cost $20 to ship a tiny bracelet in a tiny padded envelope. I have been to local stores where they would have mended it for free. I will continue to shop local jewelry stores. Tiffany & Co is a waste of money and has lost a customer.
