Both are under staffed, but very knowledgeable and friendly in Pittsburgh and very knowledgeable and ok in Cleveland. It’s like both stores the staff hands are tied when it comes to working with the customer. Don’t get me wrong both stores have great products but need help in the service department and corporate quality to bring the customers back in over and over again. DXL needs the customer to want to come back again more often and tell other people how great of a store it is. Word of mouth is the ticket.
