The employee who assisted me lacked basic courtesy and empathy, which made the interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. There was no apology or attempt to address the situation at the time. For a brand that promotes respect and customer care, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed internally, as no customer should be treated this way.
