A store associate (Lexi) had the same issues viewing the gift card and offered to call customer service for me. I apologized for taking up so much of her time ( the store was busy) and her reply was “you are my priority right now” Wow. As a result of Lexi’s call, customer service issued me a physical gift card in the correct amount. Thank you Lexi for proving that good customer service does still exist! I can’t thank you enough! I will shop at this store forever.
