  Used to really like this place but over the years prices have gone up to what you can get on Amazon or find at other stores. Do NOT sell your books here. It's a scam! They dont have anything for the books and they turn around and sell then for at least 10 times what they paid you for them. I have come in with boxes full of books and walked out with $3 for the whole thing. It's a joke. Books they dont sell after awhile they throw away in the back dumpster. You can drive and see the dumpster is full of books. It's horrible

  I'm re-doing my review because I fear I may have been bias last night. We brought it a lot of bags of books and got like no money. The reasoning was condition but they were all like perfect condition. It was till last night I was thinking about it, all of my grandmas books were annotated. So though they looked perfect condition on the outside the inside was written in and that'd what I assume the issue was. I just wish they would've communicated that a bit better because then you have a upset old lady feeling like she was scammed. Which now it makes sense but I didn't realize that. Other reviews a lot of people say the same thing kinda just they wish what was going on was communicated better and I think the workers were nice but at the same time a bit stuck up with a tad bit of a attitude all interactions felt very fake. I think they also need to communicate that even if they aren't buying the book they keep the book. Another thing is that if they have a decent amount of stock just say that yeah you can give us your books but we won't be able to pay as much try these other locations you know? I don't know I just feel really bad for my grandma and I feel other old ladies would feel the same. I mean she is a hardcore hoarder sorry but she is and for me to get her to give me all those books to donate was I mean insane cause it's hard for her so it was just sad to see such a sadampunt given with no reasoning.

  I used to think the sell policies were reasonable, but after selling 15 recent releases and getting less than a dollar for each (3 hardcovers) and on top of that, one of the books I was interested in buying was missing inserts and priced higher than Amazon. Definitely done with this location, that would be 2/5 in Columbus that are not worth going into.

  One of the staff members went above and beyond to locate a book that they didn't have currently but one of their other stores did have. They shipped the book over and my wife was able to pick up the book when it came in. Thank you for your kindness!
