I went in unsure or unwilling to spend $200+ on sunglasses but he explained the benefits of a great pair of sunglasses and sold me. I would highly recommend this location!

I have no confidence in your horrendous customer service so I'm not going to reach out again. You've failed. I bought a pair of Costa sunglasses $300+ and they broke while putting them on my face in under 1 year. I reached out for warranty claim and they rejected me without asking a question to talking to me at all. Then I sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks trying to find out why they declined my warranty request and they haven't responded to any of them. On the phone, the employee at this sunglass hut said they would help, then when I went to the store they tricked me and said they won't do anything. Then I got ahold of corporate customer service and they told me to wait for the store to contact me, which they never did, so I had to reach back out to them and they told me they wouldn't do anything. I've been pushed around, ignored, had my time wasted by these people. Costa Sunglasses are sub-par now and their customer service is the worst I have seen in years. It's right up there with Bass Pro and Sunglass hut.
