I went in today and the customer service was bad. Once the text came through that my order was done, I came straight to the counter to tell them. The five workers behind the counter all glanced at me only to turn away and ignore me, even after I told them my order was done. A kind girl finally helped me.
It isn’t worth it to me to come in with two giant bags full to only have them take a few things, get $45, and be treated poorly on top of that.

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and seemed undertrained. There was a sign outside specifically listing brands they were accepting, so I brought in a large bag containing several of those brands, including Lululemon, Adidas, and Brandy Melville.
The employee at the counter was kind and listened when I explained that those brands were definitely in my bag. However, the brunette employee sorting the items insisted there were none of those brands, even though I knew for a fact there were.
Customer service should be respectful, and employees should carefully check items before telling customers they don’t have qualifying brands. I hope the store provides better training so future customers have a more positive experience.

I drove to this location with my young daughter and brought a large bag of lightly used, high-quality clothing that was all current and in-season. Less than 10 minutes after dropping everything off, I received a text saying my review was complete. Given the number of items I brought, it’s hard to believe they were thoroughly evaluated in that amount of time.
When I returned, I was told that none of my items met their buying criteria. This was surprising, as my clothing consists primarily of trendy, in-season pieces that are purchased recently and do not sit in my closet for long periods of time.
The entire experience felt like a waste of time, gas, and effort. Making the trip with a young child only to leave with the same bag of clothes and no explanation was frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend going out of your way to sell clothing at this location.
