  TJ and Will were a great help. Was looking for steel toed work boots and found exactly what I was looking for because they helped me. First time in and was very impressed. Will definitely come back in the future.

  We had a great experience with the help of Daniel Neff. We came in with 30 minutes left until closing looking for a grill we could not find on the floor. Daniel was able to locate one with a different SKU but matched the description…turned out it was the one! Grateful for his diligence and exceptional customer care!

  Normally I have a very positive experience at Bass Pro Shops and haven't taken the time to leave a review before, but I felt compelled to after today's visit. The employees in the fishing and firearms departments have always been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I've made many purchases with them over the years, and today's experience won't stop me from shopping here in the future. However, I do think it's worth mentioning. I came in to purchase a pair of hiking shoes and was approached repeatedly while trying to shop. I politely explained that I didn't need assistance and preferred to browse on my own, but two employees continued to stay very close by while I was trying on shoes. They were friendly and clearly trying to help, but despite my repeated attempts to shop independently, I felt like I was being closely monitored rather than given space to make my own decision. I still left with a pair of shoes and will continue shopping at Bass Pro, but the experience made the footwear department less enjoyable than it should have been.

  Edit: Corporate customer service asked me to reach out to them so I did. I was told to wait to have the store call me and they never did, again. So I called them and they told me they won't do anything to help me. Be aware, just because they respond to a review on here doesn't mean they will actually help. It is a performance to make it seem like they care about their customers. They don't care at all. Avoid buying sunglasses from sunglass hut, or Costa, ever. My pair of $300+ sunglasses broke through a very very clear material defect WITHIN A YEAR and they rejected my claim and ghosted me. Their too big to care about their own customers anymore. Also, I called bass pro with my situation and the guy lied to me and told me they would be able to help me but when I showed up they told me to kicks rocks and refused to help.
