  My husband and I came to get a couple things done. We were there right before they closed which I hate doing because I've always worked in retail. But Karl was so nice and accommodating. Very knowledgeable as well. Can't wait to see my new ring!

  Karl took care of my ring inspection in a very timely matter and was even willing to cut the excess chain off one of my bracelets for me. I am so grateful for that because it wasn't even a Thom Duma bracelet. Sherene is always such a delight to speak with also. I love how personable she is and her willing to help! As always, it's such a great experience walking into Thom Duma and being taken care of.

  I have to say I had never been there before but needed a diamond replaced . Thom Duma was highly recommended. Karl walked up and very politely helped me when I explained that I was a widow and was heartbroken because I lost one of my diamonds out of my wedding ring. He inspected it and kindly helped me order a replacement. I will definitely return for any future purchases. Customer service there is outstanding.
