- RTRiccardo Termitus2 days ago2.0I had a very disturbing and unacceptable experience at City Trends (Manhattan Toledo) on July 7th. I went into the store to buy a pair of pants and was literally about to pay when the manager suddenly told me to leave the store for no reason. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated. The manager used offensive and racist language towards me, which is completely unacceptable in any business environment. No customer deserves to be disrespected like that, especially when they are simply trying to make a purchase. This experience left me extremely upset and disappointed. I will never return to this store again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here. Respect and professionalism should be the minimum standard in any store, and unfortunately, this place failed completely.

Staff could benefit from basic customer service training, and basic principles of communication education. Very sad that for some, these are the only stores of the kind in a reasonable vicinity. A derogatory look for the entire AA retail workforce. Don’t usually frequent this store, will NEVER return. Treated in such an unacceptable manner. What a mind blowing experience.
