  Brought clothes in for the first time and will never be back. The girl with the green and black hair was extremely rude for no reason just for me asking simple questions about the process of selling and when to pick up my order.

  The rudest people ever! They want to give you pennies for your upscale merchandise but yet they have horrible things on their racks!! I can find better at Goodwill I will just donate it!!

  Truly don’t understand the logic behind buying stuff. I bring in a bag full to the top of nice clothes that are clean and folded. I brought in all name brand stuff too such as Princess Polly, lululemon, garage, Windsor, urban outfitters and out of the whole pile they took 2 things which I bought off temu……I just don’t get it. I look at their racks and frankly they decide to take the weirdest looking tops I’ve ever seen over my name brand stuff. It doesn’t make any sense. You think they’d want that? And my stuff was very nice and clean as well. No stains. No wear or tear. It looks brand new. So why pick the 2 ugliest items from my pile and offer me $7 over bunches of name brand stuff that girls from ages 13-20 would love!

  They are clean, respectful, and polite
