- PJPankaj JoshiSep 25, 20241.0Todat 9/25 I came to return an item at Tommy Hilfiger Store, located at Tanger outlet, Sunbury Ohio. Which is around 40 minutes drive from my home. I reached to store at around 7:05pm EST while store closing time is 8pm EST. There were three associate at counter but they declined to support. I begged to associate to help me as I came from far with my 4 yr old little one and actual closing time is 8pm EST but they said we dont have associate to support. There were three assocites on counter but no one willing to understand my pain. Very disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger store associate behavior. And most importantly I lost my time and efforts

However, it's very unfortunate when you walk into a store and the staff hide or run to avoid contact with you. No one greeted nor offered any assistance especially if you're one of two people in the whole store. Perhaps, the staff needs a lesson in customer service. Nevertheless, I wont be back to this location.
