- PHPaul HughesMay 26, 20265.0I forgot the team members name but so thankful for her help! I purchased a shirt at this store and then forgot it at the Starbucks near by. Starbucks was kind enough to take it to this store and your employee was kind enough to look me up and call me to tell me she had my shirt. When I told her I live in WV she was sweet enough to UPS me the shirt! I wish I could remember her name because I wanted her to get the recognition she deserves! Thank you so very much!

Jeff openly talks bad about the staff on the sales floor or at the register. As a customer who loves the actual staff and their helpfulness, it’s horrible! If I ask to speak to the manager, he should come help resolve problems NOT START THEM! Ugh I won’t buy anything else from here ever again. Hire someone else before all of your happy, friendly, enthusiastic team quits on you Ralph!
