  Great customer service. Easy to bring in a basket to sell. Process to check in and out is relatively quick. Great options to shop as well.

  No point in coming here to shop or sell either. Unfriendly attitudes. Won’t accept any of your items yet will waste 45 min of your time. The items they do sell in store are super outdated, feels like I’m in a Goodwill store circa 1993.

  I’ve been coming here for years and when I shop it’s always nice. I sold for the first time today and they were sooo rude. Didn’t greet me at all, told me to literally “leave and come back in an hour”, threw the pen down at me and made me feel so uncomfortable and awkward. I get it I work retail and I’ve had busy days and it gets stressful but I’ve never acted that rude to someone. If you aren’t happy with your job get a new one! Don’t take it out on other people just because you’re miserable. If you are in Ohio go to the one in north Olmsted, they are much nicer and accept more clothes!

  I was very disappointed with my experience. I brought in four bags of clean, fashionable clothing from myself and my sisters, and almost everything was rejected. The most concerning part was that one of the bags was not even opened; everything inside was still arranged exactly as it had been when I dropped it off. Most of the items were in excellent condition and were styles that are currently popular with teenagers. It felt as though the items were not thoroughly reviewed. I will not be returning and would not recommend selling here if you are expecting a fair and honest evaluation.
