  Was waiting at the register for 2 minutes no one was there. Then this girl asked us if we were ready I was like yes. She said to move away from the registers to the front of the store. Note we have a baby in a stroller with us. We navigate our way to the front moving past other store workers just looking at their phones and gossiping with each other. We get there and she’s like oh I thought there was an iPad up here I guess not. So she goes back to the registers to grab an iPad and comes back has to sign into the iPad. And she’s like tap the card on the back of the iPad but the card reader is literally turned off. She then tries to turn the card reader on and it’s taking forever we were standing at the front of the store for 7 minutes and she was trying to figure out how the iPad worked. Until we finally had enough and said forget it. Why she made us move to check out on an iPad I will never know and understand. Why couldn’t they check us out on the registers only god will know. Such an inconvenience and will never be back. Their name was J. What an enormous waste of my time. So disappointed was a loyal customer but will never be back. I will drive out of my way to go to the westlake location instead.
