- KCKeisha ConnorsAug 27, 20261.0To work in the customer service field and call a business about a matter of concern, and ask for the corporate number because you feel your not quite getting your question answered, And be told that they going to tell you the same thing is just not good customer service, The proper response should have been let me grab that information for you gave the information and went on about your day. It’s not to make the person feel as if the reason there calling means absolutely nothing. Always remember good customer service goes a long way and definitely helps the business continue to grow.
