- BHBill HollowayAug 22, 20261.0Today, two different members of the management staff were unwilling to honor the 40% promotion on the website. I had several items in the store to purchase. There's nothing directly on the site that says it did not apply to the store. Out of respect, I will not share their names, but management spent 10 minutes trying to find anything on the website that would give them leverage. One separate staff member even tried to override their decision to make things right. "We have to give the guy the promotion," were the exact words the female staff member used. One manager, as I assume that's what she was by how she talked to everybody around her, stated, "That's corporate for you, not giving us a barcode to scan." I take this matter seriously, disrespecting me with my daughter present. Just not good, very low class.
