  Bass Pro Shops is honestly an experience all on its own! This place has so much more than just hunting and fishing gear. The selection is huge, the store is clean and well organized, and there’s something interesting around every corner. The wildlife displays, huge fish tanks, and overall atmosphere make it such a fun place to walk around, even if you’re not actually shopping for anything. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy helping customers. Whether you’re looking for fishing, hunting, camping gear, clothing, home décor, or just somewhere fun to browse, there’s a little bit of everything here. It’s definitely one of those stores where you can walk in for one thing and somehow spend an hour exploring everything else! 😂

  Just had one of the best customer service experiences today with a manager named Lisa. Had to return an item and had some issues on the return and she spent extra time to help and make the situation right. I was hugely impressed with her professionalism and kindness with my interactions with her. The store is great, but even better with quality people like her.

  I’m giving this review based on the fact that I purchased a brand new boat on July 15th 2026! I had the pleasure of working with a very professionally unmotivated, dishonest individual named Sarah Winkler. To begin I filled out all necessary paperwork which included a question that asked if I had a lien on my current vessel. The answer was (YES) and through which bank as I answered correctly! Only to drive over an hour to be told I have to take my trade in back home and pay off the boat and bring the title back. (Which I should have been told from the beginning) then she tries to tell me that I didn’t put that in the paperwork.. well guess what? I took a picture of said paperwork because I had to send it via email. What a waste of an entire day that was. I went home, paid the boat off and acquired said title and made the purchase. I also paid exactly $9,741.07 dollars more because I got the check for the boat before my trade in was appraised. No biggie the company will reimburse you for said amount. Sarah winkler told me I’d have my paperwork within two weeks. Today is August 12th and I’m still without paper work to get plates and hull stickers. I called her 3 times asking about said paperwork. The first time she put me on hold and came back to tell me my paperwork was at the clerk of court and I should have them in a couple of days! Knowing they hadn’t left her office. The second call she told me I should have them in a couple more days knowing they never left her office. So then I called and asked to speak with a manager and was sent to his voice mail. I left a message and before I could set my phone down Sarah Winkler was calling and from the sound of her lying stuttering voice I got the feeling she didn’t want me to speak with her supervisor. She told me I’d have my paperwork on Monday August 10th. Guess what? Here it is Wednesday August 12th and no paperwork. I decided to call corporate which is called Basecamp in Missouri for any of you having trouble with Sarah Winkler not doing her job. Corporate was very kind and concerned about this treatment and they contacted the supervisor from the bass pro in rossford Ohio. What I found out is my paperwork had never left her office and they are FedX’ing the title to me overnight. I can definitely say she’s set a terrible example for how bass pro operates and as long as Sarah Winkler is an employee I’d shop elsewhere. And I forgot to mention I had to take the boat back after my first day on the water because my live well wouldn’t fill. Great work bass pro. I’m hoping she didn’t do something shady and keep my $9,741.07 dollar check that I haven’t received either. Sarah Winkler is a terrible untrustworthy employee. Stay away from that bass pro and I will share this experience on my business page that has thousands of viewers.

  Went in to find ammo and spoke with Paul and Apollo the dog which the dog of course was the star were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He didnt try to push a sale and made excellent and educational conversation. If you go for ammo or anything gun related I definitely recommend Paul to take care of your needs.
